A conversation beforehand: We talk with the organiser about the group, the time available and what you would like the session to focus on.

Targeting particular states: We use sound science to support and target states of clarity, attention, calm and focus.

Reaching these states on your own: We teach participants quickly and easily how to reach these states on their own, so they can return to them after the session.

How much does wellness for leadership cost?

Programs start at AUD $2,200. We agree on the length, group size and total fee before booking. Any travel outside Melbourne is quoted separately.

What is included in the price?

An initial conversation, preparation, the guided session, discussion and a written summary. We confirm the total fee before you book, including any travel or accommodation costs.

Is this a clinical service?

These sessions are wellbeing education and guided practice. Medical or psychological support should be discussed with an appropriate health professional.

Can our remote team take part?

Yes. Sessions can run online. We agree on audio requirements with the organiser beforehand.
