Horizons is the longest-running annual psychedelic conference in the world, held since 2007. The program is structured around five strands — science, medicine, policy, culture and spirituality — and the room is unusually broad, with researchers, clinicians, policy people, journalists and long-time practitioners in roughly equal measure.

The nineteenth edition is at the New York Academy of Medicine. Worth attending for a clear-eyed read on where the field actually is, separate from the marketing cycle.
